If you are not a member and would like to become one, you join hereĀ from our online membership application.

Please note that we are using PayPal as a third party administrator. However, if you do not have a PayPal account, you are still able to pay with a credit card by clicking the option on the screen that says Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later. There have been a few extra security measures that PayPal have added that may affect processing certain credit cards, if you have any trouble with PayPal accepting your credit or debit payment, please contact the office at usoa@assocserv.com.

Please Note for new applicants and renewals: If you are paying for a large group of staff members, please have them bypass paying online and simply send in a check for all the staff members. Please include the invoice numbers for the staff members so the check payment can be accurately applied. Staff members please submit your invoice your account payables department so that one check can be submitted. Members who are renewing will still need to update their profiles with any updated contact information.

If you are paying by check, simply close out of your screen include a copy of your invoice (delivered to your email address automatically) and mail the check to:
